The introduction of a PWM-controlled VRM fan with speeds ranging from 400 to 2500 rpm adds cooling to the voltage regulator modules, improving overall system stability. The pump is also PWM-controlled and runs between 800 and 2800 rpm, providing constant and dependable cooling performance. The cold plate is composed of copper and has micro-skived fins, which considerably increase thermal conductivity and heat dissipation.
