Its main feature is the two P12 PWM fans, which can run at speeds ranging from 200 to 1800 rpm. The VRM fan, which runs at speeds ranging from 400 to 2500 rpm and is PWM controlled for exact speed changes, is a unique feature of this cooler. This VRM fan offers additional cooling to the voltage regulation modules, guaranteeing overall system stability and component longevity. The pump, another key component of the Liquid Freezer III, operates at speeds ranging from 800 to 2800 rpm and is likewise PWM controlled. This enables dynamic modifications based on the system's thermal needs, maximizing coolant flow while reducing noise levels. The cold plate is made of high-quality copper and has micro-skived fins that considerably improve heat transmission efficiency. This architecture enables for more efficient heat dissipation from the CPU to the coolant, resulting in lower temperatures even under high loads. The copper structure offers good thermal conductivity, which is required to maintain optimum performance and avoid overheating.
